#11 A Beautiful Building

 
This is an old old bank front on main street in Platte, SD.   I am not so smitten with the way at some point they did the glass blocks but, I do love all of the masonry architecture for the corbels and the arch.  The carving is really pretty.  The building is newer than my building , right next door, so I put it around 80-85 years old.

This will be the future space for the Floral shop and I think she is still planning a coffee shop too.

It looks like they tried to add a bit of art deco to that very beautiful old building. Some people can't renovate. Instead they want to remodel. Love the arches and columns, though.
