Thanks for sharing yourself with others! I enjoyed my stay!

Is it a bought pumpkin or did you made the pumpkin yourself ? It looks like the black is "burned" with a woodburner and then the rest is painted...

Should try it myself..

greetings from a Belgian halloweenhouse

I came back for another little peek and discovered this time that you are from South Dakota! I live in Los Angeles now but went to high school in Pierre and to the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. My parents retired and moved away after I married and moved here so I've only been back once in the last 20 years. Oh, I miss it so! I would move back in a heartbeat if I could. Whisper hello for me in those SD winds across the prairie!

I love this pumpkin. I have very fond memories of looking at Halloween books in grade school. I always loved stories about witches and am really drawn to the image like you have on your pumpkin. I love silhouetted images. Especially witches and black cats. You have a great blog. Can you believe that I forgot about the Soul Journal Halloween party until it was over? I'm just finding out and looking at people's blogs. I am so sad I missed it. You left a comment about my fat book pages. I wish you lived closer. It would be fun to have a friend that would appreciate it there when I open the package and get to see all the pages for the first time.
