Cross Progress




here is the cross side 1 soldered..then it is flipped

side 2 is soldered/cleaned/patina added/polished

same done back to side 1









done! I have tried to use the light table and get a picture of the piece lit



not working well...but you can sort of tell











here is a close-up you can see the 2 reds the tan but the plum in the center doesn't show well
this is polished...
Jerrod is welding the frame up
then we go install...
yay

I was delighted to see the piece as it progressed from conception to completion. It has turned out to be even more beautiful than I imagined.

It was great of you to show it with the light box. Although it was hard to photograph, I can tell how beautiful and subtle the color changes in the individual glass pieces are.

Like Lori, I agree that you have an amazing setup for your art. It sure works well for you and that is what is important.
