This style book is learned from Julie Prichard's class. I liked it so well I made another.
It measures 51/2 x 81/2. With a mixture of collaged pages
and neutral painted pages for background beginnings
I kept the paints soft, but bright.
Here is a photo of the book standing open...(before the cover is added.

I love your book! I'm working on 1 like this, but the collage is taking soooo long! Your book is very inspiring!

Love your journal, I'm addicted to making them at present.
Hi, Mary! Your book looks gorgeous! Beautiful half-sheet sized journal! :-)
I so want to get into bookbinding and filling them with beautiful pages and papers like yours...where will I ever find the time? This is awesome...your collage work is terrific, Mar!
Peace & Love,

They are so much fun, aren't they? :)Bea
hi Mary....
note to myself...must get back to people faster.....so here I am.
Great job on this journal. I'm really liking the soft colors. Very serene. I also love your fused glass dragonfly bowl. Beautiful!
I admire the freedom that you express in these pages - something that I could not possibly attempt. I have to KNOW what I'm going to end up with before I start. There's a certain amount of chance that comes with working with various papers, but I simply couldn't bring myself to explore like you have. Wonderful stuff, Mary.
This book is a wonderful work of art in itself. Love the soft palette of colors!
Wow, I love them! Great job Mar. When I am done with my lesson with Suzie Blu I will post it. Julie and Suzie are friends and I think they are both wonderful teachers. Talk to you soon, Vickie
