I began watching Oprah's series for this week on achieving our Best Life. I was impressed with her segment...and plan to watch it through. I don't watch much TV..so this for me says something.
She is encouraging everyone to gain balance into their lives so our lives have a more harmonious productive sense to them.
I sure can use it.
And apparantly the universe senses it for me as well...

I now have the ability to record Oprah's episodes. Last night I watched the first and third ones. I'm impressed with how brave she is to share her struggles. I cried when she talked about how it isn't a matter of filling up on food but needing love. Boy can I relate to that one. The third one on spirituality intrigued my son. It was fun to watch it together. He so often misses his dad who lives so far away. I hugged him last night and told him again how brave I think he is. We cried a bit together. Oprah certainly knows how to pull those heart-strings.
